Mr. M. Harish Babu was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1986 and brings with him over four decades of professional experience. He began his career as a tax practitioner in 1984 and has since built a distinguished practice in the areas of direct taxation, including compliance, advisory and litigation support, audit, accounting, company law advisory and succession planning.
As the Managing Partner of the firm, Mr. Harish Babu oversees the entire range of professional services. He has extensive expertise in representing clients before Income Tax authorities and is particularly well-regarded for his proficiency in handling arbitration matters arising in the MSME sector.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Harish Babu has held several notable positions. He served as a Professional Director on the Board of The Karimnagar District Co-operative Central Bank Ltd. for seven years and as an Independent Director on the Board of Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navaratna Public Sector undertaking in the defense sector.
Mr. Harish Babu has also actively contributed to the professional community, having served as the Convener of the Karimnagar CPE Chapter of the SIRC of ICAI. Furthermore, he was nominated as a member of the Committee for Capacity Building of Small and Medium Practitioners (SMP) of the SIRC of ICAI during the year 2011–12.

CA. M. Sushma Sireesha is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). An academic achiever, she secured the All India First Rank in the CA entrance examination and topped the ICWA (now CMA) Final Examination at the national level.
Before joining the firm in 2012, Sushma Sireesha gained valuable experience working with KPMG in the audit practice, where she developed a strong foundation in assurance and advisory services. She has also contributed to the academic field, having served as a faculty member for CA Final students.
A DISA (Diploma in Information System Audit) qualified professional, Sushma Sireesha is also a Registered Valuer for Financial Assets, accredited by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). She has completed the ICAI’s Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks. Her areas of specialization include Direct Taxation (both domestic and international), Corporate Laws, Valuation of Business Assets, and Exchange Control Regulations.
She brings a strategic and analytical approach to client advisory, with a focus on delivering high-quality, practical solutions.

CA.Ramakanth is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having qualified in 2006. With around two decades of professional experience, he has built a distinguished career both in practice and in education.
Before joining the firm as a partner in 2008, CA. Ramakanth practiced independently. He gained extensive experience in Direct Taxation.
As a Partner of the firm, CA. Ramakanth plays an instrumental role in providing expert guidance to clients on complex tax matters and ensures that the firm’s services align with the highest standards of excellence. His ability to craft customized tax strategies has made him a key figure in helping clients navigate the ever-evolving tax landscape.
In addition to his practice, CA. Ramakanth is a passionate educator. He has served as a faculty member in Direct Taxes at various prominent coaching centers, where he has trained over 5000 students. His approach to teaching is rooted in a deep understanding of taxation, paired with a commitment to simplifying complex concepts for students. CA. Mukka Adithya has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2007 and brings with him extensive experience in the fields of Direct and Indirect Taxation. Over the years, he has built strong expertise in Indirect Taxation, Management Consultancy, Due Diligence and Project Finance, offering strategic advisory and practical solutions to a wide range of clients.
Adithya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), reflecting a strong academic foundation across diverse disciplines. To further sharpen his skills, he has completed certificate courses in Concurrent Audit, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) offered by the ICAI.
In addition to his professional pursuits, he has actively contributed to the development of the CA community. He served as the Chairman of the Karimnagar Branch of the Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) of ICAI for the year 2021–22, demonstrating leadership and commitment to the profession.

Vishnu Mukka is a Professional with a distinctive blend of experience across technology, finance, and law. His professional journey began as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, where he built a strong foundation in analytical thinking and systems-driven problem-solving.
Motivated by a deep interest in finance, he went on to pursue an MBA from Symbiosis Institute, Pune, which led him to transition into the field of Income Tax practice. During his work in this domain, he developed a keen interest in litigation, which inspired him to further his expertise by completing an LLB.
